Hello,

I'm explaining my problem. For about 3 days now, I can no longer reach my best friend using my landline or my mobile phone, as the call doesn't go through and a robotic voice replies "service not available goodbye." Yet she hasn't changed her phone number. She can call me without any problem, and I don't understand the reason. I have internet and I'm with SFR for the phone; my mobile phone is connected to the home Wi-Fi, as well as the television and internet. If anyone can provide an explanation, I'd appreciate it.

    Hello,
    If you can't reach her either from your landline or your mobile and you can contact other correspondents, the issue is probably on her end.
    Is her number a landline or a mobile, which carrier?

      Thank you for your quick response. Yes, I can call everyone except her, which is strange. It's her mobile phone number and she's with Bouygues.

      This confirms what I was telling you. The bug is coming from her operator, it's up to her to contact Bouygues.
