You need to re-register the handset (cordless phone) to the base (the unit connected to the phone socket of the box).
First, check if the base is properly powered.
To do this, press the button on the base (shaped like a wifi icon) and go to the handset settings, section "System," and select the option to register the handset.
It should work again normally.
Menus differ from one handset to another, so for more precise instructions, please provide us with the exact model number (found on the back, near the battery compartment).
