Hello,

For several weeks now, every time I try to call my daughter with my mobile or landline, or even another mobile other than mine, a voice responds that this service is not available. I'm with Bouygues and she is too, however, I can contact other people without any problem. If someone can help me, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

    Hello

    It’s possible that this issue is coming from your daughter’s end. If she doesn’t pick up right away, you’re directed to her voicemail, but instead you get this message because her voicemail has a problem. She should call Bouygues.

    Hello,

    Is it a landline you are trying to call, a landline connected to a box?

    If yes, it is quite possible that your daughter needs to reset her box. To do this, she needs to cut the power to her box for a minute and then turn it back on.

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
