the keys on my keyboard do not match

Hi, I bought myself a new computer but it has a small problem with the keys, which don't match the symbols on the keys. For example, when I press ) it shows any help is welcome, thanks.

Hello you need to check the geographic area in Windows and the country. When I installed the operating system, I selected French keyboard and then France-fr, not Canada. There were still keys like yours, and in the keyboard management (a more complete list) I saw that the keyboard was set to France (Switzerland), so I changed it to France (France) and I was able to get my keys back. It's a laptop keyboard, which can make a difference.
