Instagram Shopping Button Issue Solved

Question

Hello,
I can't seem to get the shopping button feature on my Instagram account. I've followed all the procedures (professional account, Facebook shop, online store) but nothing works. Has anyone successfully obtained this feature?
Thank you for your help, I really need it.

I finally succeeded! I had to start over because the normal approval timeframe is indeed just a few days.
You need to make sure that your ad account is linked to your catalog and your Instagram account, that your Instagram account is linked to the Facebook page where the shop tab is, and that you are the administrator of the catalog. On your Facebook page, when you click on one of your products, you should see "pay to the website." Those are the points I'm thinking of.

Are you sure it's already available in France? If I remember correctly, it's only reserved for the US for now (to be confirmed).

Same problem for me... I see a lot of brands (small and large) using Instagram Shopping, but for now, I can't set it up despite my efforts...

I'm also looking for help for my internship tutor because I've been studying in vain for 4 hours without finding the synchronization of the catalog, even though Facebook and Instagram are linked properly.
There are plenty of articles, but they've all just copied and pasted the same procedure, those idiots!

What do you mean Perlotta when you say to restart: are you restarting your catalog? How do you restart your configuration on Facebook Business when you're already registered...? I'm experiencing the same issue and I think I understand. Everything needs to be linked (Instagram Facebook page Facebook)
First, Instagram needs to validate the business profile (approval). It takes about a week, I believe (they also review the Facebook catalog, I think)
But the major blockage is that as long as a payment method is not entered, Facebook defaults to "payment by message" and payment by message is not supported ( "accepted") for Instagram shopping.
Now we need to figure out how to resolve this.

Yes, the shopping feature is reserved for certain categories of businesses. You need to have a catalog with products to sell.
I can't remember where I found the information, but you should be able to find it online.

There is no indication as to whether your request is being processed or not, whether you have set everything up correctly or not. It seems really unbelievable to me, but it's true.
You only know that it's okay when everything has worked. I had contacted Facebook to find out, but their responses are so vague that it's useless...
