Understanding qbittorrent statuses

Hello,

I'm having trouble understanding the statuses of my torrents in qBittorrent (v.3.3.0).

I have a few torrents that I want to share. Some have the status "seeding" but most show the status "queued" and I don't understand what that means (they have the clock icon).
If I click "force resume," they change to the status "uploading" with the icon that means "seeding."

Is that the right solution?

Thank you

Configuration: Macintosh / Firefox 59.0

    Hello,

go to the Tools and Options menu
in the window that opens, go to the BitTorrent section

There in the Torrent prioritization part you can adjust the number of active torrents

Currently, some of your torrents are queuing due to this limitation.

I did that and by clicking "start", they went into sharing. Thank you!

Can you tell me what the difference is between "sharing" and "broadcasting"?

Without certainty, but I think that:
"In sharing" means that the file is shared but no one is downloading it
"In transmission" means that you are in the process of sending the file to someone who is downloading it.

I don't think so, because I can set the torrents to seed at will by doing "force recheck"...
