Hello, I just acquired a Sony 4K camcorder. Yesterday, I made my first 4K video and unfortunately, I can't transfer it to my (fairly recent) computer using the 128 GB SanDisk, so I'm not sure what to do because I keep getting this error message (0x80070022). I wanted to edit my first 4K video using Pinnacle Studio 21 Ultimate.
I also wanted to say that I appreciate your precious help, because without the volunteers from "comment ça marche," I wouldn't be able to manage, especially at 75. Sometimes I also make aerial videos with my DJI Mavic Pro drone.
I think you are truly amazing because thanks to your help, elderly people can also achieve great things.
I look forward to your response and wish you an excellent day.

    Hello
To transfer data from the camcorder, the simplest and most reliable method is to remove the card from the camera and connect it to a card reader, either the one on the PC or an external USB reader.
Be careful, you need to COPY, not MOVE; if there's a problem during the transfer, like a failure or power cut, data may be lost, whereas with COPY they will still be on the card, and you can just start over. Progress is good, but not always; when we used tapes, we still had the tapes, but with cards, there's nothing left!!!
    Happy editing!
