Streaming issues France 2

Hello,

I can no longer watch France TV 2 and 3 streaming or on replay, whether it's on Google or Mozilla. This problem occurred overnight while I wanted to watch a series.

No error message is displayed. There's just a static image of the series but no way to watch it because there's no toolbar with video play, pause, stop, and sound buttons at the bottom of the image.
The live stream isn't working either.

Here’s my setup:
- Microsoft Windows 7
- Family PC
- Browsers: Google and Mozilla
- Freebox
I sent a contact form to France Television, but I haven't received a response yet.

If anyone knows this type of problem, please help me.
