Techwood tv black screen with sound

Hello, my TV would work perfectly if I had image!!!! STRANGELY I HAVE SOUND!!!
I have a Techwood model TK32D14HD/2
I can slightly see an image thanks to the reflection of the light, but that's about it

Who has had this problem before and especially who could help me fix it....

    it looks very much like an inverter failure = backlighting of the panel
    in everyday life, it is a part that is equivalent to the starter on a fluorescent tube
