I can't find images that are detailed enough to get an idea.
But, on the back or on the side of some televisions, there are sometimes buttons that allow access to Home or menu...

The menu button doesn't work.
Is the "Source" properly set to DTV/USB?
Excerpt from a Techwood CL22ITM11FLCD manual:

Press the “SOURCE” button on the remote control and select DTV/USB to switch the TV to terrestrial digital broadcast mode.

It is very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
                              Especially when it's not there...

Without the manual, it's hard to say more... if the model is a hotel television... often many functions on the remote are restricted.

Try contacting Vestel France (which distributes Techwood in France) on their hotline at 0233896914.
