I would like to add icons to those provided by Windows 10.

Could you tell me where I can find them for free (reliable site) and how to install them?

    You will find very nice flat design icons here.

    These are the ones I use for Windows 10.

    To change an icon, check the screenshot.

    If you download the icons from the link above, just place them in the Pictures folder, and when you want to change the icon of a file or folder, just point to the icon you have chosen from the downloaded folder.

    You have a choice; there are 725 in total in the compressed file.
