Hello,
I've been having an issue for the past few days.
I often watch streaming series on Chrome and I've never had any problems.
For the past few days, I can no longer watch these videos on Chrome. I'm forced to use Microsoft Edge, which works fine.
The video starts, but I have no picture, only sound.
I tried uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling it
and I also did the same with Flash Player.
Nothing works and I would like to keep Chrome as my browser, I'm not a fan of Edge.
Please help me, thank you ;)

I just found a solution after several days of research,
I did this manipulation:
My new question is:
How come I suddenly have to disable hardware acceleration?
Thank you
I did this manipulation:
- Close Chrome completely;
- Unpin Chrome from your taskbar if it is pinned, so that it is on the desktop;
- Right-click the icon and click on Properties;
- Click on the Shortcuts tab;
- In the "Target" field, add this exact text: [space]--disable-gpu"
- The end of the text string in the "Target" field should now read:
...chrome.exe" --disable-gpu
- Double-click the desktop icon and Chrome should open correctly. If you want, you can pin this icon to the taskbar;
- To solve the issue permanently, go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings;
- In this menu, you need to uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available".
- Don't forget the space and the quotes at the end: [space]--disable-gpu
My new question is:
How come I suddenly have to disable hardware acceleration?
Thank you
