Hello,
Following a Windows 10 update, I found myself without a network card. After several bugs where the Wi-Fi either kept dropping or wasn't detected at all, I decided to reset my PC. I should mention that disabling and re-enabling the driver didn't help at all.
To my surprise, after restarting, there was still no network card.
When I go to the Intel website and try to re-download, I get the following message:
Unable to install drivers. No Intel network connections are installed on the computer.
My network card is a Realtek, but I can't find the right card to reinstall on their site.
Can someone help me?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 65.0.3325.181

Hello,
You can try downloading driverscloud on another PC (available here: https://www.driverscloud.com). Then, install driverscloud on the relevant PC and check "Detect offline." After that, take the report file and upload it to https://www.driverscloud.com/fr/demarrer. Finally, go to "My drivers," download the appropriate driver for the network card, and install it on the relevant PC. After that, restart the PC, and the issue should be resolved.
Let me know if that’s not the case.
Best regards

Knowing that I have internet access with the malfunctioning PC via Ethernet cable, can I perform this operation through this PC?
