Hello, my PC is having problems and I want to format it; how can I find my Kaspersky activation key or back it up; I no longer have the package.

Hello;

If you have lost your license activation key, the only solution is to contact Kaspersky by providing proof of purchase of the antivirus ......(Order number - Invoice etc...) if purchased directly from Kaspersky there is no problem, but if purchased elsewhere it may take a little longer... but in the meantime, nothing prevents you from downloading a trial version valid for 30 days
Have you created a Kaspersky account via My Kaspersky?

Bonjour, Jmarion, Thank you for your concern. In fact, when I go into the Kaspersky program, still running and activated, with 264 days remaining, it shows me a key longer than what I purchased. How can I extract the key before formatting this machine?

Hello,

The key you see is the license number and not the activation key, and unfortunately, it's impossible to extract it....
Why not contact Kaspersky? Generally, they respond quite quickly
