Hello, I purchased a lifetime license for the software. I would like to reinstall it. I have the beginning of the serial number in the settings, but the rest is hidden... Can we find the complete number in the settings, thank you.

    Hello,
    To find your serial number, go to this page and enter the email address you used to purchase IDM; they will send you your serial number by email.

      Check your spam folder for your email, and make sure to submit the request using the email that was used for the purchase.

      Yes, I submitted my request with the purchase email and I've just checked the spam.... nothing, they probably won't respond immediately. Thank you for your efficiency. I would like to reinstall it because for the past few days each time I download, IDM tells me that the antivirus (Eset) requires elevation. I have done it, but the alert persists and it's annoying.

      I just tried because I also have IDM, so I entered my email address and validated the captcha. A second page appeared, I clicked on Get serials and I instantly received the email.
