Remove WindowsApps

Hello,

The folder is hidden on my SSD (C) as well as on my HDD (D): I think, without being sure, that it’s due to an action on my part (modifying the registration of my applications, I accidentally checked D, which I never confirmed, but I believe this has already created the WindowsApps directory on D).
Can I safely delete this WindowsApps folder from D? (which is empty, and on which none of my programs are and will ever be installed: all my programs are installed on my SSD C).
Thank you for your clarification.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 65.0.3325.181

Thank you for your replies: I tried but it's not possible, I need authorization from TrustedInstaller for that. I found procedures to know how to get this authorization, I will try that tomorrow. Otherwise, it's a folder that will be useless and will remain at zero.

        Hello,

But is it entirely certain that I can eliminate this folder without risk? Considering that in the storage location of the new content, the new documents + music + photos + videos + movies are saved on D; but the new applications are on C, which is my SSD. The Temp folder and downloads are also on D.

In this configuration, if I need to keep this folder, who should be set as "owner" in the advanced security settings: me (user) or the administrator? Or is it some other default configuration?

        Thank you for your help.
