Mcafee won't open

Hello,
I have a slight problem, my McAfee LifeSafe antivirus won't open whenever I want! I can only open it right after I start my computer and I haven't opened anything else; once I've started something, I can't open it, I don’t understand, my computer is new, I just bought it!

Is your version of McAfee LifeSafe a "pre-installed" version from the manufacturer of your PC?

Is your PC running Windows 10?

The seller told me that I had 30 days with the antivirus that works, and yes, McAfee LifeSafe was already on the PC when I bought it

ok, uninstall Mcafee with its uninstallation tool

to download it click here

put it on your desktop and run it as administrator (right click)

restart the pc

when you have uninstalled Mcafee, Windows Defender will reactivate, if not, let me know

No, because it's a trial version (free for 30 days) and you don't have the license.

... and stick with Windows Defender. There's no need to install another antivirus. With Windows 10, W.D is sufficient on its own if you're sensible online and with downloads. Moreover, W.D has significantly improved since the release of the new Windows.
