A PORN CHARACTER WINDOW OPENS ON ITS OWN

Hello,

For some time now, whenever I open a webpage, pop-up windows with pornographic content or online games open by themselves. I don't know anything about computers, so I am unable to get rid of them. That said, I have downloaded several software programs to protect my PC from threats: Spybot (which finds nothing), CCleaner (which also finds nothing), and I have Avast in the free version, which does find infected files; however, I can't seem to utilize its results.
It's unbearable.
My computer is not even 3 months old, and with a toddler, I hardly use it anymore for fear that one of these windows will pop up.
Can someone help me?
I admit in advance that I cannot perform too complex manipulations unless given detailed explanations.

    Grahams ... Seriously, you can skip your "stupid" advice ... Because masking a wifi network won't stop a porn website pop-up infection.

    So, the best thing to do would be to create a report with hijackthis (you can click on "Hijackthis" to get a link to download it) and post it below. Then we can discuss the rest.

    The pages open even when I am not connected; when I turn on my computer, I have this kind of very special welcome......

    Hello,

    Lili, the only serious advice was from blaster911.

    But the software he recommends has aged well in the face of current infections.

    It's better to do this:

    Download the latest version of ZHPDiag

    Save it on your Desktop.

    Once the download is complete, double click on ZHPDiag.exe and follow the instructions.

    Don't forget to check the box that allows you to create a shortcut on the Desktop.

    For Xp: Double click on the ZHPDiag shortcut on your Desktop.

    For Vista and Seven: right-click on the ZHPDiag shortcut on your Desktop and choose "run as administrator".

    /|\ The tool has created 2 icons ZHPDiag and ZHPFix.

    Click on the magnifying glass to start the scan.

    Let the tool work, it can take quite some time.

    Close ZHPDiag at the end of the scan.

    To send the report, click on Cijoint

    Click on Browse and look for the directory where ZHPDiag is installed (usually C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).

    Select the file ZHPDiag.txt.

    Click on "Click here to upload the file".

    A link of this form:

      lyonnais92, I have the same kind of problems and you seem to know about it. I have the zhpdiag report and I would like to share it, but leaving such a message with a lot of information on the internet could be even more dangerous for my computer, right?

    Good evening,

    I have run several scans with Malwarebytes, but still no positive results; the software detects nothing. Unwanted pages keep opening.

    Unresolved issue.

    Hello,

    does it only open when you are on the internet or even when you are not? Because it could come from a website... I know that I often visit a help forum, and as soon as I open that forum, well, I have plenty of internet pages that open! And it has always done that to me! We'll see...

    Someone may be picking up your wifi and visiting these sites, or it may be normal!!!!
