What is the functional difference between Calibri Heading and Calibri Body in text styles?

It's the same font, the Calibri font, that constitutes a font set.

A font set consists of two fonts, one for headings and the other for body text. However, nothing prevents you from using the same font, and that is the case in this set.

Your question is more about the use of font sets. If the sets are used correctly (that is to say, by properly choosing the heading font and the body font), you will be able to change the look of your document simply by changing the font set. If you decide that you would actually prefer to use the TOTO font for headings, you just need to change the heading font. This way, the Calibri font will remain for the body, and the headings will be done with the TOTO font.
