Hello

press the parent-child icon and type your code etc...

Thank you very much, but the problem is that I never entered any code to set the kids' mode
Fortunately, my grandson (10 years old) came and told me to randomly enter 1 2 3 4 (default code) and it worked, I was able to exit kids' mode. By the way, I removed the shortcut on the tablet, so we won't accidentally activate it anymore.

It's for Samsung tablets; it says Kids in the quick access (by pulling down the notifications from the top of the screen).
