Hello,

I would like to close the 2017 fiscal year. I was about to validate everything when I realized that I had entered a transaction in 2018 that has been validated, and on top of that, I think I have closed the 2018 fiscal year!
This transaction does not exist, and I don't know how to get out of this situation, except if I delete my entire file and start everything from scratch...

So now I'm stuck; I can't delete it. Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Christelle (in distress...)

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 64.0.3282.140

    Hi

from what I've read on this page:

    https://www.compta-online.com/creation-ou-suppression-dossier-ebp-t53350

you don't really have a choice:

If you are on the Pratic version, you must first delete the folder via the "tools" menu, then "delete a folder" before you can create a new one.

We recommend that you back up your folder before any permanent deletion.

    See you later

    Hello,

I wouldn't really be able to help you... Nevertheless... It's always essential to provide as many details as possible; in your case, the software being used is important.
