Delete an invoice on EBP Commercial Management

Hello everyone, do you know if there is a solution to delete a Gestion Comm invoice that has already been transferred to EBP accounting? Aside from creating a credit note.

    Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I wanted to test the transfer function in accounting without knowing that it was irreversible, and what bothers me the most is having transferred unpaid invoices, so I can no longer record payments under commercial management.
    I'm afraid I will have to create a new file and start everything over...

    Do you know if it's the same under CIEL?

    Hello,

    Invoices must not be deleted.

    Indeed, invoice numbers must follow consecutively. The invoice should be canceled through a credit note.

    In my company, I know that we have to be careful before converting a quote into an order or invoice, as it's impossible for us to go back.

    A quote can be modified and deleted as many times as we want, but not the rest.

    I hope someone can give you a positive response, as we have no solution on our end.
