[Grouped subject] Emails arriving, lots of delays

Hello,
I notice that many emails sent to me are arriving with a significant delay: often more than 3 hours.
The email headers show that several servers at laposte.net are holding them for several hours before delivering them.
This problem has appeared for over a week.
Who else has noticed this?
The same issue with another @laposte.net account.

On the website aide.laposte.net, I just discovered the following "block";
"Alert: delay in the reception of your emails
We inform Laposte.net messaging users that messages intended for their inbox are likely to be delivered with some delay.
Our technical teams are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The Laposte.net team "
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !!!!! The problem has been ongoing for over 3 months..........
And, to top it off, this morning I received a response from "Customer Service," sent yesterday Tuesday at 2:40 PM and received this morning around 9 AM, informing me that the problem was resolved !!!!
It's all a big joke !!!!

That's already something.... in the sense that they admit there is a problem....
Now, we just have to see if this will lead to any action.... or not and within what timeframe!
To be continued then!..........
P.S: to have a little smile, La Poste's communication makes me think of an apartment for sale that I saw on a website, where it said.... "very bright apartment" and all the photos were..... with the shutters closed!.... :-))
