How to charge the Carrefour Poss BTS 50 speaker?

Hello, I recently bought this speaker from Carrefour but I can't seem to charge it. Yes, I have turned on the switches, yes, I followed the instructions in the manual, I even left the speaker on the dock for more than 4 hours, which is normally the maximum charging time, and yet it’s as if the battery barely exists; it turns on and then 1 minute later it turns off. Help?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 63.0.3239.132

    Hi,

    If I were you, I would take it back to the store.

    On this link, some people have the same problem as you.

    You have to keep in mind that for the price, it’s not top of the range either.
