Hello,

I am an electrotechnician and my PSBTST400 speaker turns off by itself. To solve this problem, I have bypassed the power button. For more information, phone number removed Moderation CCM or ***@***.

Hello, quick question: when I activate the red bass boost button on mine, it lasts for about 20 seconds and then the sound decreases! Does it do the same on yours?? Because without that, we're far from the 400W RMS advertised.

Yes, same here! It's completely ridiculous!! I don’t see the point of having amazing sound for only 20 seconds!!!
Between that and the horrible automatic standby that ruins the listening experience and prevents throwing a proper party... Anyway, it's frustrating... a scam!
If anyone has a method to fix these 2 issues, I’m all ears!

Hello everyone, I also bought the PSBTST401 speaker and the bass button in my manual states that it lasts only 25 seconds and then stops for 40 seconds before the bass effect kicks in again, so no explanation on how to adjust it to stay on longer.

It's the tablet I suppose, if I turn the volume of the tablet down to 0, there's nothing with the tower sound at 30.
However, it’s the tower that cuts off after 10 minutes and what I don't understand is that sometimes after 3 or 4 cuts, it doesn’t cut off anymore.

Increase the volume of the incoming signal.
