Firefox: automatic refresh of web pages

Hello
how to disable the automatic refresh of web pages.
Before it was in options, but with version 57.0.4 of Firefox I can't find it anymore.

    Hello,

    The automatic refresh of web pages is useful for tracking real-time information live.

    To disable automatic refresh in Firefox:

    Open the Firefox browser

    Clear everything in the address bar and copy/paste

    about:config

    Then press enter or right-click and paste to open

    Click on → I accept the risk

    In the hidden options page, scroll down to the line

    accessibility.blockautorefresh

    Double-click on it to change the value to → True
    Or right-click on the line and then → Modify → value True

    Close Firefox and then restart it
