Connecting Continental Edison soundbar / Freebox

Hello,
I just bought a Continental Edison soundbar, I'm connected via optical cable. I have no sound on HDMI1, but if I connect it directly to the Samsung TV, I get sound as well as on the DVD player, however, going through the Freebox Revolution, nothing at all.
I reached out to Free, we modified some settings, and for them there seems to be an incompatibility between the soundbar and Free!! Should I set the volume to 0 on both the TV and Freebox? Thank you for your answers,
