Hello, I have a problem with my TV. I have to turn it on and off several times to get sound, and sometimes while I'm watching, there are buzzing bars that go up and down and the sound cuts out. Do you know what this could be?

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power cord, wait a quarter of an hour, and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (factory reset) but you will have to redo the entire installation.
