Hello, I haven't been able to access a page for some time, and I get this error message:
"The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."
However, everything works fine in private browsing; I don't see where this problem could come from.
The page: https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/grand-theft-auto-v/12455
https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/fifa-18/15759

Hello,
Uninstall Firefox and reinstall it properly:
Windows key + R
Type --> control panel and OK
File Explorer Options or Folder Options
View tab
Check --> show hidden files, folders, and drives
Apply and OK.
Then, Programs and Features
Uninstall Firefox (including the profile)
Restart the PC.
Go delete the mozilla folder in these 3 directories:
Windows key + E
--> C:\users\your username\AppData\Roaming
--> C:\users\your username\AppData\Local
--> C:\Program Files (x86) and/orPrograms
Delete the Firefox shortcuts on the desktop.
Reinstall the desired version:
--> Firefox 64 bit
--> Firefox 32 bit

Hello, thank you very much, it's working again like before, but I still have a question: the saved passwords and favorites have disappeared, how can I find them?

Go to the folder --> Old Firefox data
Copy these 2 files --> key3.db and logins.json and the folder --> bookmarkbackups
Go paste it into the Firefox profile:
Windows key + E
--> C:\users\your username\AppData\Roaming\mozilla\firefox\Profiles\xxxxdefault
You will be prompted to replace, accept.
