Hello,
For the past few days, I haven't been able to play videos with VLC, and when I tried to launch SketchUp, I received the following message: "Hardware acceleration is not supported or has been disabled on your graphics card. SketchUp requires you to use an accelerated graphics card."
I checked, and everything is enabled. Furthermore, when I go to Control Panel -> Devices and Printers -> My Computer; I have an information note telling me:
Status: driver error
Status: troubleshooting needed
I tried to search for more information about the problem and received the following message:
Problem detected with Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
I wanted to update the driver, but according to Windows, it is up to date.
Do you have any idea of the reason for this problem? How can I resolve it?
(A few days ago, I dropped my computer while it was on; I didn't notice any problems initially, but I'm afraid the issues with the graphics card are related to this fall since the onset of the problems coincides with the drop. Is that possible?)
Thank you in advance for your response.
Best regards,
Martin
