Hello,
I am experiencing a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Prime; the keyboard suddenly stopped working, making it impossible to access it since I need to enter a password to unlock the phone.
I don’t know what to do, I have already restarted the phone several times with no results, and I have also started the phone in safe mode, but the problem persists.
How can I resolve this issue without losing my data?
