Hello,
I bought some powerline adapters about 2/3 weeks ago (they were all working fine until Christmas), but after that day, one of the adapters stopped working. After scouring the vast universe called the internet, I learned that plugging it into a power strip may have damaged it. Disappointed by this news, I ordered powerline adapters from the brand Devolo (my previous ones were from the brand Lea). But to my astonishment, I found that there was only one powerline adapter in that box. So I looked on Cdiscount and indeed, without realizing it, I ordered only one adapter. So I have one working powerline adapter from Lea and one working adapter from Devolo; I've plugged it in but I see that it doesn't connect, or at least I think that's the case (the Lea adapter has three lights, two of which are on: the ON button and the icon resembling a racket, while the Devolo adapter only has one ON light that is blinking red, and when I press the button underneath the adapters, it turns green).
I am therefore wondering: Is it possible to make it connect, or do I need to order new ones for the third time?

Good evening,
They need to be from the same brand for the synchronization to be good. Also, avoid power strips; go directly for a dedicated socket or buy a surge protector with surge suppression and lightning protection so you can plug everything in without worry. Check all the power strips in your home, as the PLC uses the entire electrical network of your home; the slightest weak point can cause a loss of synchronization.

Best way to cut the radio signals from powerline adapters.
