Hello
Since I've been connected by fiber ???? my devolo is picking up the wifi but no longer transmits internet 'this network has no internet access'
WHAT SHOULD I DO? I've unplugged and plugged it back in etc., with no success

Hello

It’s probably due to the change of "network." Unplugging won’t be enough as the modules tend to retain their configuration.

Check the manual, there should be a way to force the module to redo its configuration and refresh the settings.
Sometimes it's just a simple button on the module but the manual will help you (if you no longer have it, check the website).

Thank you. In fact, I bought a new game that didn't work on the old network. The cockpit app detects the devolo master connected to the box but not the second one located in the other room.

Thank you. I read the instructions 100 times. Actually, I had to uncheck the SSL option in Bit Defender. I found the answer in the forum.
