Hello!

I'm reaching out with a vocabulary question. I'm planning to order a monitor for my new computer, but I can read on the monitor's specifications "Internal power supply: no"
What does that mean? I'm not sure I understand what it implies and I can't find any information on the subject. Do I need to buy a power supply myself?
(for your info, the monitor is here: https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00226767.html )

Thank you, have a great day :)

    Hello,

In general, "internal power supply" implies that the power supply unit is located inside.

Here, the power supply is external, like on laptops, probably due to the thickness of the screen. It would be difficult to fit everything inside.
