Hello!
Here I am to explain my problem.
I have always extended my computer screen to my Samsung UE24H4003AW TV (which means my mouse can move around on both of my different screens).
However, for the past 4 days, an error message has been displayed on my TV: "Unsupported mode: resolution not supported. Change the resolution of the external device."
I feel like I’ve tried everything: changing the HDMI cable, changing the HDMI port (there are two on my TV), resetting the display settings on my TV, changing the TV resolution through Windows 10 settings, updating my graphics card (AMD RADEON R5 M430), booting my computer in low-resolution mode, nothing works, and I'm really struggling to pinpoint the problem.
My computer is an HP 17-132nf
Thank you in advance for your help!!
