Switch to HD Solved

Hello,
my friend has a Samsung television, she had the TNT channels; since April 5 when we switched to HD, well, a message appears on the screen saying High definition not supported. So I can't switch to HD. I would like to know what steps I need to take to be in HD, please!

Hello,

No manipulation will be able to enable HD, as HD is not supported.

Therefore, you will need to invest in an HD DVB-T box or a TV with HD DVB-T.

Hi  Wasn't there enough advertising for the event? If the TV isn't compatible, you'll need an HD decoder  -- :-)

Hello  The TV does not seem to be equipped to support the new standard... you will need to buy an MPEG-4 TNT decoder.  But you did not provide the purchase date of this TV or its model.
