HDMI connection issue / SAMSUNG TV and DECODER / Unsupported mode
Solved
Good evening,
Yesterday everything was fine, and I'm wondering if I accidentally made a wrong move with my remote because nothing works this morning.
My Samsung TV is connected to my Listo decoder via an HDMI cable.
I have two remotes: one for the decoder which I use to connect to the HDMI channel before turning on my TV, then it allows me to select my channels.
The other one is for my TV, which I only use to select the source (ext/av/HDMI) and to adjust the sound.
Since this morning, I can no longer access my channels, and I've pressed just about all the buttons on both remotes, unplugged everything (TV and decoder), but nothing works.
Could this be due to an antenna issue (collective antenna of a building)?
NB: I am not connected to a Box for TV.
From everything I've read on the forum, it seems that it could be related to the display resolution settings on my TV (I don't understand why suddenly), but in any case:
- how do I adjust the resolution since I don't have access to the settings because of this message
- how can I possibly reset everything (TV and Decoder)? I wanted to use a Scart cable, but it shows "canal encryption" when I connect my decoder to my TV with the Scart plug...
I really don't know anything about this.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards.
