Canon MG 5650 Printer

Hello, my printer (about 2 years old) is showing an error "Support code B."
An error has occurred. The printer needs to be repaired. Turn off the device and unplug the power cord. Please refer to the manual and contact the repair center."
When I turn it on, the ink cartridge box does not move... Thank you for your help!

    I had trouble with my Canon MG 5650 printer due to a jammed pack of 3 sheets, error code B203, and I couldn't get it to restart! I followed this method and was ready to resign myself to buying a new one that same day!

    Method 5 B was the only one that worked. Put the carriage to the right with the lid open, turn it on, and as soon as the cartridges move to the left, close the lid; there you can access the panel without that error message. From there, I was able to go into the options and clean the lower tray, and then a miracle happened. Before that, I had tried deep cleaning the heads, and the printer shut down. If you manage to get to the control panel, don't hesitate to try all the options. After many attempts, it started working again. Don't hesitate to use method 5 B several times, until you get to the panel without error messages!

    It's kind of you, thank you. The code written is B 203, not complete in the ad... I'm quite lost!
