Unable to recover my iCloud account

I changed my iPhone, and when I wanted to set up my iCloud account again, I entered my email and password. Afterwards, they sent me a 6-digit code that I need to receive on my phone number, EXCEPT that I have changed my number many times and I never updated my number in my account settings. It is possible to simply continue by entering my full phone number BUT I absolutely do not remember that number and unfortunately, I cannot retrieve it.. and I found no other solutions.
If anyone has a solution to this problem, it would be a great help to me, thank you in advance!

I recommend that you contact Apple support for this issue. They will be much better equipped to help you with this problem. You are probably not the first person this has happened to, and I am confident that there is a way to recover your account nonetheless.

What to do if I don't have access to my trusted devices or haven't received a verification code?
If you are signed in but do not have access to a trusted device that can display verification codes, you can request that a code be sent to your trusted phone number via SMS or an automated phone call. To do this, click on Code not received on the sign-in screen, then request that the code be sent to your trusted number. You can also obtain this code via the Settings menu on one of your trusted devices.
Learn how to obtain a verification code.

So, no need for the phone number, just a "trusted device" with which you can get the code without going through SMS.

I have a serious issue with iCloud, which is locked. Here's what happened: I had my phone and connected my iCloud account to access contacts in order to reach people, but suddenly I'm told that my account is locked. They ask questions that I unfortunately don't have the answers to. The only information I have is the password and the account in question, and I also don't have the recovery email. Can someone help me recover this account as I have over 800 contacts, as well as photos and other files stored there?
