Hello everyone
So, I have a MP540 that worked very well with Windows 8, ever since I switched to 10, I can no longer scan; it shows printer not connected.
However, I can print from my PC via the printer.
If someone could tell me what's going on, I would be very grateful.
Thank you in advance
Best regards

Hello;
Have you tried using the Scan / Fax function included in Windows 10?
To do this, type "Fax and Scan" in the search bar at the bottom left and click at the top to open this function, then click on the "New Scan" tab and I think you should be able to use this feature if the printer is recognized
see screenshot below
Looking forward to your feedback but if none >> Resolved
