Hello,
I am asking for your help because I don't know what to do anymore.
Last night (Tuesday, November 14, 2017), I decided to update my graphics card, a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 960M.
The update installation failed, and during this process, my old versions of the graphics card were deleted.
Basically, I find myself with no NVIDIA programs on my computer in my "Programs & Features". I can't reinstall any drivers. I haven't tried resetting my computer to factory settings to see if all the programs would come back; I first want to know your responses and if there is another solution.
What I want? To recover my NVIDIA Geforce GTX 960M graphics card programs on my computer that I had before.
Thank you for your help, and I hope some of you have the solution to this issue!
Best regards, Kamotchi.

Hello!
You can go directly to NVIDIA on their website and search for the driver for your graphics card
I'm giving it to you, I'm nice:
https://www.nvidia.fr/download/driverResults.aspx/126326/fr
Formatting your computer won't change anything except waste your time!
Otherwise, if the driver doesn't work, I'll give you the link to download the complete NVIDIA software
Here you go: https://www.nvidia.com/fr-fr/geforce/geforce-experience/
If you still have nothing, feel free to ask me questions, I'll reply as quickly as possible! Have a great day!-
Thank you for your help,
I went to the website, I entered GeForce GTX 960M, Windows 10 - 64 Bits.
I started the installation and it tells me error, nothing is installing, absolutely nothing.
I then tried to download the complete NVIDIA software and the same thing happened, it refuses to install, it immediately gives an error...
I no longer have any program like "PhysX" or something from NVIDIA, no program in my features except for an "NVIDIA" file in my documents, but I don't know if it's useful to have it.
Thank you for your reply which will undoubtedly be swift!- So I'm inviting you to check in your control panel in programs to see if you can find NVIDIA
You can also look in your hard drive and search for the NVIDIA folder
Otherwise, you might have to format and reinstall your PC; I'll do my research on my side!
Feel free to ask any questions; I'm available.

I talked to NVIDIA support and I don't know what miracle they worked, but my NVIDIA card came back to me. Basically, when I went to "Device Manager" -> "Graphics Card," I only saw my Intel (R) D processor's graphics, and now I see "NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960M" that I didn't have before the issue.
I can't find any NVIDIA program on my computer, neither on the disks nor in the control panel.
I just requested that Asus send me the recommended graphics driver for my computer via email, and I'm waiting to see that.
I just got Asus on the phone again, and they sent me the correct driver for my computer, so I need to disable Avast, install it, and if that doesn't work, they'll email me everything I need to do as a last resort, and if it still doesn't work, I'll have to restore the computer to factory settings.
They specified that my NVIDIA graphics card was recognized and there were no issues regarding that, so now I'm crossing my fingers that it's just Avast blocking me from installing my drivers.
Thanks for your help!
