Freebox Crystal, red plug, no connection

Hello,

It's been several days since the Wi-Fi stopped working at my place, and all this for no apparent reason.
With Free, the connection often drops, even if it's just for a moment; this issue is very recurrent.
I've checked quite a few forums, but I can't seem to resolve my problem.


If you have any ideas or suggestions?

    Hi,

    Look at the manual to pair the Freeplugs again.

    When they're green again, you'll see more clearly.

        For easy pairing, both plugs must be connected to the same power strip.
