Fast then slow crawler Freebox Crystal

Hello, I have a problem with the installation of my new Freebox Crystal. The indicator light keeps switching from slow to fast and then slow again, and it has been doing this for about 4 hours. The time doesn’t want to display. I was previously connected via a Livebox and it worked. Do you have any ideas?

    Hi,
    a little patience while Orange moves your line to the Free equipment at the central office.
    They aren't in a rush to do it and it often happens that they get the position wrong.
    It's then up to Free to sort it out with them.

      Hello,

      Put your address and phone number on the link and let me know after you have filled in all the information how far you are from the DSLAM as well as the upload and download speeds.

      You will select DégroupTest and not Bonabo for the test.
      You should have this on the left afterwards.


      Then, after turning off all devices that connect to the internet (PC, smartphone, tablet, etc... including ADSL TV) and leaving only your PC on, run a test on Speedtest.
      Of course, try to be next to the box for the test.

      Give us the results by clicking on Share result.
      Then click on Copy

      https://www.speedtest.net/fr

      Paste the results in the forum.

      If this is indeed what you should have according to the DégroupTest test, then it's normal.

      If you are supposed to have more, there is an issue with your line and you will need to have someone from your ISP come out to fix it.

        The degrouptest gives:
        Line length 1966 m
        Theoretical attenuation 29.49 dB
        Estimated maximum ADSL speed 12.05 Mbps
        I launched this test via my smartphone's mobile network.
        As I have not resolved the connection issue with the Freebox, I cannot run a speedtest on my computer.

    Another one who made the mistake of going with Free, I had the same problem several times a week.
