No more Freebox crystal TV

Hello,
the display on my Crystal 2 TV player is stuck on Freebox, despite having unplugged and plugged it back in; having reassociated the 3 CPL boxes (one connected to the Revolution box, a second connected to the Revolution TV player, and the 3rd to the Crystal 2 player) and having unplugged and plugged the Revolution box.
Everything was working fine before I handled the remote too hastily.

    I found the solution on a website, you need to unplug the Crystal 2 TV player, and while plugging it back in, press and hold the sleep button on the remote at the same time, and then the player resets and it's all good.

      For those who might come across this in 2026 and whose TV is no longer working with "Freebox" displayed on box crystal n°2: I confirm that this solution works. Unplug box 2, hold down the power button on the remote until the word "firmware" appears while reconnecting, then let it do its thing and voila, it works again.
