Hello,
I currently have an ACER E 15 START PC that has an INTEL CELERON PROCESSOR N2840. I use the Adobe suite and am experiencing difficulties, particularly with Illustrator. I read in Adobe's help that the required processor is an Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64.
Can my processor be changed to improve my PC's performance, especially for running Adobe software?

No.
Even more so with these entry-level ultras... When you know you want to run an Adobe suite, you buy hardware designed to support it...
In this case, since it's a laptop, the machine will need to be changed.
