Windows Media Player - Extraction Impossible

Hello
I want to extract songs from Windows Media Player from a CD in my CD drive.
It used to work well but now it’s impossible. In the "extraction status" column of each track, the word "error" appears and I don’t know why or how to fix it.
I’ve changed the CD but it’s still the same.

    but the solution does not work. I only have one file in my library. I am on Windows 7.
