Windows media player updates

how to check if there are updates to install for Windows Media Player 11.

I just received a message asking me to install Adobe Player for security, but I clicked on not to install by mistake.

I would like to retrieve this update: how can I do that?

1 - For updates for Windows Media Player, launch it and then click in the menu bar on: ?/Check for updates...
2 - For Adobe, generally speaking, you have an icon in the Control Panel that allows you to manage updates.
Example: Start/Settings/Control Panel/Adobe Version Cue CS3

To check for updates, just go to this link https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?loc=en in your browser of choice and uncheck the offers: they are unnecessary.
