Hello,

I own an Asus ZenPad 10 tablet. I turned it off in Child Mode. When I turn it back on, it starts in "normal" mode but the access is still in Child Mode, so I don’t have access to the settings. I only have access to the apps allowed in Child Mode. How can I resolve this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello,

We should try pressing the volume up and power buttons at the same time; if memory serves, the tablet will enter secure mode. You’ll need to remove the kid mode and then restart the tablet normally.

On Samsung devices, this works; since it runs Android, there shouldn’t be any issue...

Hello, I’m trying your suggestion but unfortunately nothing happens... I don’t know what else to do. If I do a reset, will it erase what’s on the tablet? Thanks in advance

        Good evening,

Yes the reset will erase all documents; if you happen to have an SD card, consider transferring photos, music, etc. onto it. This will allow you to keep a record of the main documents... This is curious, this scenario has been studied, they must have planned a maneuver to perform...

Does it not require parental code to disable parental mode or anything else? Have you simply tried turning it off and on again?

Hello, sorry to bother you. I have an Asus ZenPad tablet. I put it in kid mode but I forgot the password. I pressed PIN code, forgot, but I also forgot the answers to the security questions.
