Issue with Devolo powerline adapters, password

Hello, I acquired two dLAN 200 AV Wireless N (Devolo brand) powerline adapters. I installed them as indicated in the user manual (not provided!). When I try to use my devices, I'm asked for a password for the Devolo adapter. I've tried everything: the default one (HomePlugAV), the one from my Bbox. Nothing works. Can someone help me?

Configuration: Windows 8 / a 29.0.1547.57

    Hello
    I have the same problem.
After 4 months of operation, one unit started blinking and stopped working.
Customer service told me to press with a paperclip on the designated spot near the Ethernet port... but I couldn't find a spot for that!!

I then downloaded their DEVOLO COCKPIT software which allows you to manage the sockets. After multiple attempts, I finally found the software update menu for the installed units.
After an initial incomplete loading attempt, I successfully completed the update and also found the correct password, because in this DEVOLO COCKPIT application, you have access to the key.
In fact, the key was indeed the one written on the back of the second unit (the one with 2 Ethernet ports).
Their manual is really unclear, which invites you to note the number of the "parent" unit, but actually it's the second one that you need to enter
(I still spent the whole day struggling)...

Thank you very much. We struggled a lot for the same reasons because in the doc, they say to use the password from the first attempt, but it's actually the one from the second that works.

THANK YOU because I also struggled a bit

it's obviously on the 2nd box that you need to take the code.
