"This app can't run on your PC"

Hello,

I have this message that appears on my computer and constantly blocks access to my desktop.
No matter how many times I click on close, it reappears every 5 seconds all the time. The thing is, it says "this application" but I have no idea which application it is referring to. Maybe if I could identify it, I would know how to deal with the problem, but I haven't found a way to identify the application in question.
What could I do to find out? Thank you for your help.

    Have you installed any software recently?

    If so, please uninstall all the software that was added in the last few days.

      The problem has been happening for over a month and occurred after a Windows update. So I am unable to pinpoint the issue. I will follow Malekal's advice for now.

    Hello,

    Go to Event Viewer and check if there are any errors related to the logon :
    Windows key + R
    type eventvwr.msc
    go to Windows Logs => Application

    See if you have any information related to this message that might provide the name of the application.

      I found the event observer, I'm going to take a closer look at it. For now, I haven't found any information related to my issue. I'll take care of it when I have time in the coming days, thanks for your reply anyway.

    found something?
    It's the Windows update that's causing the problem, I have the same issue...
    And it's impossible to activate compatibility mode because the tab is missing in the properties!
